Whatsit

Funny how you can often boil human interaction down to a cheesy bar pick up line: “Hey baby, what’s your sign?”

Oddly enough there is some merit to these little snippets of info that I’ve tried to reason away over the years but keep coming back to, given a shrug, and accepted as amusing ways we’re all connected and often in very similar ways. So in that vein I’ve collected these bits here for others to amuse themselves with too and decide if they have any merit 🙂

Sign:

Pisces Sun, Pisces Moon

The combination of your Pisces Sun and Moon signs produces a dualistic personality and one that is quite difficult for the world to easily understand. You are highly introspective, almost to the extent that the outer world around you seems odd and full of what you perceive as weird notions. A tendency to withdraw makes you strangely inaccessible at times. Yet you have a very warm and likable quality when you allow yourself to open up to others and let these traits show. You have an enormous faith in your intuition and your self-sufficiency but at the same time you value close relationships and social activity. For the most part the double Pisces is amenable, acutely interested in others, and a trustworthy friend.

In handling your work you are by nature very painstaking and accurate in detail. You are loyal to your duties and fulfilling obligations. Mentally you are quick, perceptive, intuitive, with an almost mystic belief in your hunches. Insight and creativity is your great strength. You have an uncanny way of seeing the core and substance of things, making you both motivational and a universal-thinker. Artistic performance is often your forte.

Totems:

Wolf, Cougar, Whale

The wolf is the Guardian of the East and the protector of the family. They are associated with the star Sirius in the constellation Canis Major from which, according to ancient legends, the teachers of old originated. They are the teachers of new ideas and wisdom that return to their packs after extensive exploration to share what they have learned. They are intensely loyalty and live in close-knit family circles without sacrificing their independence. They are often regarded as pathfinders and their perseverance is well known. The wolf is graceful, has initiative, and loves freedom. Wolf people are generally very trusting and generous with deep feelings towards their loved ones. They choose a partner to whom they are faithful throughout their life. When the wolf howls at the Moon it identifies with its power, its spiritual energy, and the unconscious through which all knowledge can be accessed. The wolf can give you the power to become a teacher for others to understand life better and find their own path. The wolf energy will also enable you to establish a connection with your own inner leader.

The cougar is swift, graceful, spontaneous, and determined. They are known for their flexibility, communication, and as protectors of psychic territory. Cougar people make great leaders and are courageous with a great sense of balance. They want to find purpose in life and to dominate what they do best.

The whale is the historical record keeper, a traveler and guardian. They are creative and intuitive. The whale is the keeper of the Earth’s history and secrets. It keeps alive the memories of the legendary motherland of Mu, which was once located in the west of America and to which all Native American tribes trace back their origins. The whale was once the witness of the great disaster to which the motherland fell victim. People who own the power of the whale are often very perceptive and can, with the help of this gift, access all the information that exists in the universe. They often have telepathic powers but the source of their knowledge frequently remains unknown to them. It is only with time that they realize how to utilize their powers. The whale teaches one to find and blend with one’s own original sound because it carries the history of all living beings. It shows that the right frequency can heal and, with the help of the whale, you can learn to connect with the ancient language that was used for communication before language in its current form was developed. The whale always guides the way to discovering the meaning of your own life.
